Fibroma’s Website: fibroma.webs.com Fibroma describes itself as a project by Don Campbell (USA, Georgia) consisting of sound/feedback looping and manipulation as well as guitar playing and delayed analog synthesizers, gameboys, static and wall noise, television and radio, clarinet, kitchen appliances anything he can get his hands on. Feel free to suggest an album for review, I’ll definitely take requests if you request an album which looks interesting! This hasn’t been pressed by a record label, and I have no idea how many pressings were made, so pick it up while you can. Overall: 8.5/10, this is a solid album by an underground noise band, though nothing revolutionary, which I would recommend if you’re looking for a gateway to the genre, which can seem very forbidding to newcomers. Manages to maintain some semblance of melody, in a paradoxical sort of way.
