Happy birthday My birthday was recent too (last Saturday) and I also turned 29
It’s really hard don’t feel so alone. Most people could never understand what MS really does. I used to run 5 miles a day and was in the military. Now I can’t walk without pain. It’s so frustrating I just want to scream this disease has ripped my life away from me, but I just press on. Never give up. Trust me if I was in Australia I would take you out you are a beautiful woman.
