This tumor is also known as adenocarcinomas as they arise from tubular epithilium.Tobacco is the most significant rick factor,,hypertension, obesity, unopposed estrogen therapy and exposure to asbestos, petroleum products and heavy metals are the other causes. There are four types of renal cell carcinoma- clear cell carcinoma, pappilary carcinoma, chromophobic renal carcinoma, collecting duct (bellini duct) carcinoma.
