as I understand, glandula mammaria could not protected. surgeon cut nipple part and then change its position towards the up.And cutting for operation from the upper part of the breast!! I wouldnt prefer this mastopexy operation.
I agree with you, this is an operation that I would have avoided too, but if you have a ptosic breast, you have no choice and the simply introduction of silicone implant doesn’t solve your problem and gets the situation worse.
