2. Thanks Mark, I am sorry that the audio seems to be off in 2 of the videos. I guess I should just let my daughter load these as I seem to not be doing it right.
   Yesterday I woke up and felt absolutely amazing. The very best in years and then by the evening I wasn’t doing so good. I realize that this is still going to be inconsisent but have to remain positive as long as the good signs keep coming !

5. Good report! Physiotherapist will be able to tell you where your muscle loss is and work at strengthening them. Keep moving and smiling!

6. Glad to hear you are doing so much better! I had treatment done in Albany NY Nov 30 and I feel better that ever!!
